Having to pay for essentials like toilet paper and clean sheets is ridiculous!!! Room cleaning should definitely be included at these rates!!! An ironing board should come standard in the room instead of just available on request!!!

I stayed for 7 nights in a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Non Smoking. The room was clean and I felt safe. It was conveniently located near a bus stop. Amenities were satisfactory. The staff was helpful. 😊

The room had a spacious layout that allowed for easy movement! The shower feature was convenient for anyone needing extra space. Plus, I appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas, which was mentioned favorably by other guests.

However, I noticed some maintenance issues that needed addressing.

the bathroom was dirty (didn’t look cleaned) but the staff was really nice they found me another room quickly and the location was handy for my meetings it was quiet at night which i appreciated

I had initially booked a room that was advertised as accessible, but what I received was merely a standard room. While the staff did what they could to rectify the situation, the room itself was less than clean, with visible dirt that gave a poor first impression. A more thorough cleaning would significantly enhance the guests' experience.
